1. Does LandPie accept credit cards for my LP membership and LP advertising ads?
- Yes we sure do. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay with your PayPal account for added convenience.
2. Can you send me a bill for my LP membership?
- No we are sorry but LandPie will not send out bills for monthly memberships. Since there are no contracts involved we only charge month to month on any credit, debit card or your PayPal account. If you're interested in a annual account please contact us at info@LandPie.com.
3. Does LandPie own the Land that they have listed on LandPie.com?
- No LandPie does not own any of the land listed on LandPie.com. LandPie is only a platform to bring buyers and sellers of Land together. If you have questions regarding a certain piece of Land seen on LandPie you should contact the seller directly from the sellers contact information on the actual listing.
4. How do I buy a Banner to advertise my business on LandPie.com?
- Banners are a great way to brand your business and get it in front of potential Land buyers from all over the world. When you buy a Banner on LandPie it will be shown on all the pages throughout the LP site and then click directly back to your website when someone clicks on your banner. To get your banner in rotation it is only $99.00 per month for unlimited clicks to your website and get your company in front of the world! The banner at the bottom of this page is an example of where your banner would be placed but on every page on LP.
5. If I pay for a monthly membership do I have to sign a contract?
- No there are no contracts that you have to sign when signing up for a LP membership. We charge month to month so if at any time you wish to cancel you can without any penalties or fees. You only pay one month at a time so if you decide to cancel you will only pay for the one month of membership.
6. I am not an Agent or have a Real Estate Company can I still sell my Land on LandPie?
- Yes of course you can. Yes it is true that LP does have Real Estate companies and many professional agents that list their Land on LandPie because they know it works and LP really helps bringing in Land buyers. They get international exposure and their properties are viewed by thousands of potential Land buyers when listed on LP. If you are only an average investor that owns Land and wants to sell it without paying the high costs of Real Estate fees and commissions then LandPie is here to assist you.
7. Can I be a member of LandPie for FREE?

If you want to actually sell your Land on LandPie you will need to pay for a monthly membership but they start at only $9.95 per month.
8. How do I sell my Land on LandPie.com?
- LandPie offers three membership levels depending on how many pieces of Land you would like to sell and how much exposure you want for your listings. The membership price starts at only $9.95 per month for the Basic Membership and you will get international exposure for your listings that will be seen on all the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing. They will also be seen on a network of traffic websites, other LandPie Land website partners and social sites like FaceBook, Twitter and You Tube. 9. Is there Land available on LandPie.com that I can make monthly payments as an option to buy it?
- Absolutely, you will see if the seller offers any owner financing programs on their listing details. If they offer owner financing you can contact the seller direct to see what terms they are willing to offer you.
10. How do I research the Land that I am interested in buying that I have seen on LandPie?
- This is called your due diligence process and is something you should always perform before buying any type of Real Estate. One of the best places to begin is by calling the actual County in which the Land is for sale in. If your looking at a piece of Land in San Bernardino County, California you can "Google" the term "San Bernardino County Assessor" and get the number to call and ask questions. The internet can be a very helpful tool for your due diligence process. Many times you can look up a parcel on the Counties actual website. For example you would "Google" search the term "San Bernardino County Parcel Search" and it will show their website. You would then use the APN# (Assessors Parcel Number) from the listing your looking to purchase to then search for the property you are doing due diligence on. You can also contact the seller direct and ask them any questions that you may have.
11. Why should I buy and invest in Land?
- Local developers, once upon a time, were the only ones who purchased land from over-leveraged home builders when the real estate market hit a funk. Now everyone is getting in on the play. Their goal is to buy these hard assets and wait until the markets return to respectability. The rewards of buying land overshadow the risks involved. Again, using the stock market as an example, purchasing land is more logical because land does not experience as much volatility. The value of land historically tends to go upward. 12. Does LandPie accept auto XML feeds for my Listings directly from my website?
- Yes we do allow auto XML feeds for your listings. This is a great tool so that when you update your listings on your website they will automatically update on LandPie.com. This saves time from manually adding and taking off your listings from your LandPie account. We will pull the data every 24 hours from your feed. If your interested in this option please email info@LandPie.com so we can send you the format needed to add your XML feed to our website.
13. Can I really try LandPie.com for FREE and sell my Land for FREE?
- Yes you sure can. LandPie offers you a FREE account to register and list up to three (3) pieces of Land for FREE. You can add your photos, video, GPS maps as well as detailed information explaining your property. All you need to do is sign up for a free account and go to your dashboard to add your listings for free. You will NEVER be required to pay any money unless you wish to "feature" your listings or add more than 3. Try it today and open a free account.
